How does Frankly work?

1. Shop an eligible product from any of our partner stores.
2. Sign up with Frankly & follow instructions in the web app. Make sure your
   reel includes the relevant hashtags and follows the guidelines to be eligible
   for your cash reward.
3. We'll automatically detect your reels and take care of the rest.
4. Sit back, relax, and collect that cash!

Who can use Frankly?

Anyone with a public profile on Instagram. There’s no minimum follower count requirement.

I posted a Reel but Frankly isn't detecting my video. What happened?

1. Make sure you have accepted the order on the Frankly web app.
2. Please note it may take up to an hour to find your Frankly after you accept it from inside the Frankly web app. We’ll send you a text to let you know as soon as we detect it.
3. Your Instagram must be Public so we can track it.
4. You must @ the brand and include #Frankly in the video description (not the comments).

Is there a maximum amount I can earn on my content?

Nope! There’s no cap on how much you can earn. The better your video performs in the first 48 hours, the more you get paid! Just focus on creating authentic, creative content and we'll take care of the rest!

What if I don't like the product?

Frankly speaking, not every purchase we make is our favourite. If that's the case with a purchase that's eligible for Frankly, then its not a video for Frankly. You are free to share your review! We aren't here to tell you what to post. We're here to help you get paid when you share products you love and help your favourite brands grow. We’re democratizing influencer marketing for you, the real customers.

Do I get featured on the brand’s page?

While we can't guarantee it, our brands will pick content that resonates with their brand image to share on their social channels. This would help you grow your Instagram reach and follower count!

Where can I post content for Frankly?

Instagram (Reels) is our one true home for now, but we're looking into jumping into more socials super soon!

What are the Post guidelines?

Here are some things to keep in mind:

• One brand, one Reel. (Avoid having multiple brands in one post) & don’t forget to tag the brand and add #Frankly in the caption of the reel.
• The product Must be the focus of the Reel.
• Hauls, try-ons, and reviews are highly recommended (have fun with your videos!)
• No quick 1 second product flashes. Reels must be clear and high quality - good lighting is key.
• Good vibes only. Your videos must follow Instagram’s Community Guidelines and general policies.
